I'm a stage 2 cancer survivor... They damaged my liver so bad.I gained a 110 pounds in 3 months ... So I started reading about healing the liver.... Grapefruit and fasting... I can't stress enough. How important grapefruit is to the liver .... I worked my way up to only eating in a six hour window... Anything that had more than 15 carbs I put down... alot of meat and vegetables... And I found if I made my last meal. a heavy protein.I didn't get hungry so fast... So, not eating 4 hours before u go to bed helps your body to heal.. clean and repair ... Ever since cancer, I had a pain in my side where my liver is, and doctors couldn't figure it out... But fasting healed it. Not just cutting carb... good luck ... I hope that help ... Oh.
And by doing all this, I lost that a 110 pounds in 6 months ... go be healthy

I'm 47 and I used to have a fatty liver and I was in pain under my right rib. I don't drink but I was eating a lot of sweets and eating out. I knew there was something wrong I had done research and feet were a sign of an unhealthy liver. I started getting slit like cut under my feet and it was constantly peeling and it was dry. I knew that something was off with my liver. That's when I started to do some major fasting. 18 hour fast, 24, 36, 48, 72. I started also doing coffee enemas weekly, caster oil packs, walking 2-3 miles daily, Infrared sauna. I also made sure I was pooping daily. I would also massage my liver area and speak to my liver with love and gratitude. In the shower, I would tell my body how much I loved it, talk to every one of my organs, and tell them how appreciative, I still do this today. I also jump on the rebounder daily for ten minutes two times. I body brush to help my lymphatic system move out all the junk. Then one day the pain just went away. It wasn't overnight. It was a good six months. But this is what I did to help myself❤ I still do everything just not as often.
I still daily walk 2 to 3 miles. I daily rebound and still show gratitude to my body I do my enema twice a month couple times out of the week Ijump in my sauna, drink my greens. I try to eat at home as much as I can. I'm not perfect but I do something everyday! I forgot to mention I lost thirty pounds!!!!🥹❤️

I'm in my 40's and been diagnosed with fatty liver a couple of months ago. I'm overweight and always love the cookies and cakes that my wife had made for me. It's Ramadan now and I've been fasting since day one. It's been 13 days and I have lost almost 2 Kg with fasting and avoiding cakes and cookies. I eat them once or twice a week because of the cravings. But I love my wife and kids so much that I must control the cravings. I turn to dates and peanuts in those times. Fasting has been very helpful and I've never felt so good with my health. I'll make sure to continue fasting after Ramadan.

Praying for everyone's health and well-being, and for peace in every corner of the world ❤🌍📸

PS: love you wifey 😘😘😘

I have been intermittent fasting for 5 years. My health (74 year old female) is extremely good. Once established, it is not difficult to do intermittent fasting. Remember that the hunger pangs will last a short time and then go away. Drinking a glass of water helps. I even remember some fear when I didn't eat because I felt hungry! It will pass.

I remember my grandmother having swollen feet and ankles. I looked at my own feet and saw my grandmother’s. Fasting has changed that. My feet don’t swell anymore!

Stopping drinking totally improved my body, and I was not a heavy drinker. It's so crazy how one small tweak can make a huge change.

Thyroid issues can also create cracked feet. My cracked feet went away after I saw an endocrinologist, and started taking prescribed synthroid. My Vit. D levels were low and he increased my Vit D3 with K2. Get your thyroid levels checked too.

I'm 57 and just finished my 1st 72 hour fast. I would never have been able to accomplish this without the hacks from the glucose goddess. I was powerless against the grelyn and it's cravings. Dr Mindy interviewed Jesse the Glucose Goddess earlier this week. Thanks Dr Mindy and Jesse for helping women going through menopause! ❤❤

I was doing IF and occasional extended fasting from January until the beginning of March and had lost 37 pounds. But I had also noticed that my feet were much much smoother and my heals weren’t cracking for the first time in several years. But I didn’t know the association!
The last 2+weeks, I have slipped back into my old lifestyle, and just yesterday I noted how my heals were once again dry and cracking despite no other changes than my diet and timing of eating.

I’m going to immediately get back on track!

For context, Im 43 years old, 5'2, 180lbs, I've don't drink or smoke. I had a life long sugar and food addiction and was completely unaware until last year. I've been periodically fasting for a year, more so in the last few months. While the scale hasn't moved much, I no longer have strong sugar/carb cravings most of the month, the yellow in the corner of my eyes has gone away, and my itchy cracked feet have gone away! They do ache when I've had too many refined sugars /carbs in a day! I had no idea until today that all these symptoms were signs of my liver in distress! It makes so much sense now! Thank you!! ❤❤❤

I have all the feet symptoms. I never touch alcohol. I started dry fasting for the past 3 or so months 5 days a week. Monday to Friday from sun up till sun down. One meal a day. I haven't seen any changes in my health nor has there been any weight loss. I am writing this because so many comments are success stories which can be really discouraging for people who haven't seen any great results. I want to tell such people, people like me, to hang in there, don't give up, don't throw in the towel. Keep fasting, go for walks, start working out, stop buying frozen convenience foods, drink lots of water, and practise optimism and patience. We'll get there, even if it takes a year or two or three. Be persistent and stay positive ❤

40 years old, I heard you on Diary of a CEO, I have so many health issues. I started with a “12 hour eating window, then over 3 months an 8 hour window. I took out the “baked goods = bad oils” and processed sugars. Lost 20lbs and come to think of it my feet were less dry🤯😲😀 Slipped because of the time change. This video has me back on track.

OMG I never put these together. I started my weight loss journey a year ago. I stalled out last November. Then I found your channel and followed your plans. So far I’ve lost 94# but it wasn’t until this video that I really looked at my feet. They no longer itch, get hot, swell up and need to be slathered with lotions. Thank you for all you do.

I first noticed the cracked heels in the early 2000s. I thought it was just dry skin; had no idea it was liver-related. They got so bad...I was embarrassed to wear sandals. In 2016 I got off grains; 2017 I got off grains AND sugars and seed oils. I've been keto and intermittent fasting ever since. Only now (2024) am I noticing that both heels are almost completely healed and soft. I mean those cracks were DEEP. Dr. Berg says that if your heels are cracked, you're low in B-3 and to supplement with food-based B vitamins. It's sure taken a while; I still have post-menopausal belly fat that doesn't want to budge.

Spot on for me as well! I am 46, had a full hysterectomy at 32, and it seems like my body has been on a downward spiral ever since. About 2-3 years ago I was told that I have a fatty liver after having my once a year routine bloodwork done. But given no additional information, no real concerns were expressed, no solutions offered. I am honestly sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have several underlying health issues that limit my mobility but the one thing I can do is change my diet. I just haven’t known where to start 😣 Thank you for the information that you share, for free!! The more I watch and listen the more I am starting to feel like I have some idea of what the hell to do with myself. It’s so scary and frustrating to not know what, when, where, or how to accomplish something…..but you actually seem to understand 😊💕

Thank you so much. I really enjoyed your video... I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2007. For the past year i have been medication free, only vitamins and supplements. I changed my eating habits to only organic, coconut oil, avoid the chemicals much as possible, no alcohol, ' and intermittent fasting. I dont have heartburn anymore, no bloody stools (except hemmrhoids lol), and my colonoscopy this year was top notch... Big thanks to doctors like you and Dr berg.
