How to create KPIs in SSAS Tabular Model using time intelligence function - 11

KPIs called Key Performance Indicators are used to assess the business growth, current situation compare to the past.
During the implementation of KPIs, we need to create one base measure and one target measure as a goal so that we can compare measures with each other and show the status of growth or reduction via traffic lights.
After the creation of KPIs in the SSAS Tabular model, we need to deploy the model to the analysis services so that we can fetch them and display them on the report.
