You might be able to change YouTube name, but it won't change in Google. It confusing. On YouTube my channel is the new name and in my Google account it's another

Oh man, thanks a million. I spent an hour searching everywhere to figure out how to do this. When I see you showing how, I don't understand why I struggled so much to figure it out. But then I realised, it's because my settings are in my native language (not English) and the wordings in my language (Norwegian) on YouTube for this function doesn't make sense, so no wonder I never clicked on this area. My question is, when I comment in chat, it has one name but when I comment on a community post it has my @name... I don't want my @name to be there, I didn't see where I ever set that up though or how to remove it.
