I went to Tallin in 2007 first time, and since then things have changed a lot, most of these buildings didnt exit in 2007, most of these new tall buildings were contructed after 2008. BTW, I drove all the way from Netherlands to Helsinki via Baltic countries. I then flew times to Riga & Tallin & last I was there in 2017.

Another thing when you were crossing the road next to tramp at 05:45, you saw the guy was waiting for the green light and you should wait as well. The zebra cross with lights for the pedestrian mean you have to wait for the green light. You almost break the law in Estonia and then you were in the middle of the road and blocking traffic, that's why they start horns. Otherwise I rarely hear horn in Estonia or Europe.

Correction: Estonian language is more closer to Finish (Finland) than Russian, yes there is a huge Russian population (40%) but they don't like Russia. I am typing this from Paide Estonia. I am almost going every year in summer time to spend time in summer home. Also they know English very well, the new generation almost all of them speaking very good English.
