I'm surprised and confused. The Yakuza/Like a Dragon taught me that if you wander too close to a hostess club despite having no interest in them, you're likely to get roped into a job helping manage one while saving it from predatory rival clubs that have forsaken the ancient codes of honor and conduct that govern the industry. But instead you went and got taiyaki without a street battle or even a quick time event. I'm baffled.

Souffle pancakes are only good if you cook it yourself. To maintain that volume they either overkill on baking powder which leaves a bitter aftertaste, or are served still raw in the middle. They deflated so quickly that the best option is to you make it yourself and eat it straight away.

I am always amazed at the pride in presentation of food in Japan. A simple snack is always presented with pride and style. In America they'd just toss you your shit and call it a day.
