I am so very sorry to hear of the sad passing of Tim and my heart goes out to his family (even at this late stage). We were at school together (Picardy in Erith) during the early sixties and Graham Hill and I used to sit down and watch Tim make a few pencil sketches which were absolutely out of this world which left us in astonishment. Tim was so talented, even at the age of 14 and I remember our history teacher (Mr. Newton) gasping with excitement looking at his sketch of a knight on horseback. When we all left school in about 1967/68, I did hear that Tim went to the Medway College of Art, where my cousin also studied (John Peach from Walderslade, Kent). And it was great to hear that Tim was doing so well. What a lovely and great chap he was to have as a school friend and I remember those days, as yesterday. May you rest in peace Tim and one day, I hope to catch up with you in those Wormholes. May God bless you and look after you. R I P Tim

I just heard about Tim's sad passing, RIP. I loved his work and still remember getting the Science Fiction and Fantasy World of Tim White book when I was a teenager, and trying to copy some of his artwork.

The only cards I ever collected! I always loved this man's art! Rest In Peace Tim White.A lot of these are new to me. I was honestly shocked to see they weren't more popular or more valuable. Nobody else was close to his work back then. At the time I saw his cards I didn't know how they made the cards look so beautiful. I would love to see them as original art. We're they paintings or pen and ink? Either way I had never seen better artwork. I doubt I have seen better since.
