Simple nursing is going to be the most preferred and widely used guide for Nclex if you continue to make this kind of animated videos including all the important contents. Your lecture is very effective and so easy to grasp. I wish you had this kind of videos on all the contents when I had a membership of simple nursing a year ago. Anyway, thank you for doing what you are doing. You are helping millions of Nursing students.

Just pass my NCLEX today at 140 questions, all thanks to simple nursing. This guy got the nursing concept at his finger tips, watch his videos and you will make it. Above all, always count on God, work hard and He will do the rest for you.

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that I have Passed my NCLEX-RN recently and that your videos were a GREAT help. The videos were comical and made difficult topics "approachable" and easy to comprehend. Because of this, I did not take an NCLEX Prep Exam and was still successful! This says a lot regarding your effectiveness so please keep up the good work because you/your team are definitely needed!
Thanks!

Just took my NCLEX-RN and passed on the very first trial! It was very hard but I kept remembering what your videos thought me. Nurse Mike, you are my favorite nurse on YouTube and I thank you and your team for being so helpful! I literally watch all the videos over and over again in the app!
Please think of making videos on how to write papers efficiently for BSN and MSN.
Thank you

Great material but just had comment. Peritonitis in PD patient, Key signs we normally look for is cloudy effluent, abdominal pain, and fever. Another thing I noticed is dwell time you mentioned 30 minutes. Dwell time is subjective, it depends on the type of transporter patient is after PET test is done. Typical dwell time for a CAPD (Manual can be between 4-6 hours) as it’s main focus is clearance. APD (Cycler) is shorter dwell since it’s main focus is ultrafiltration.

Great lecture man. But quick question, on Disequilibrium syndrome, you said RESTLESSNESS and disoriented as first biggest signs, but the Saunders NCLEX 2020 book mentions "Disequilibrium syndrome is characterized by headache, mental confusion, decreasing level of consciousness, nausea, vomiting, twitching, and possible seizure and irritability are not associated with disequilibrium syndrome, " (pg. 849)
