After listening to your videos I think I've discovered how you stay so young looking and in such great eat fish ! Even for breakfast ! Never thought about eating it for breakfast but you got me sold. I've been eating a lot healthier for the last year and have lost a little more than 42 lbs (give or take on the day) and still have a ways to go to my goal. Thanks again. Grandma from Texas

Eggs, beef, lamb, bison, seafood, butter, avocados, olives & low starch veggies has been phenomenal for me. Combined with consistent walking 2-4 miles a day and I’m good 👍🏼 My lab results confirm this.

Stumbled across your channel and it's perfect for me. I'm a post-menopausal woman and I try to get 150 grams of protein a day and I lift weights. I work a lot of hours, so these super simple, nutritious meals are awesome - and sometimes we just don't think of the most simple things. One of my go-to meals for lunch at work is cottage cheese and dry roasted edamame on top -- between those two ingredients, I get some crunch, which I love, and a large hit of protein. And I just keep a bag of the edamame in my desk and a thing of cottage cheese in the fridge, so never an excuse to eat junk for lunch, even if I don't bring a lunch.

I recently discovered your channel and I am finding it very interesting! I am 81 - (can't believe it) and I have never been a very good cook. Your recipes look like something I can do fairly easily. I love eggs and your suggestion adds "enthusiasm to my menu". Please keep the suggestions coming!

I grew up with my mom doing this with canned tuna. My sister's and brother and l love it still.

Ryan I do eggs for dinner a couple times a week. I also do salmon a chicken of times a week. Never thought about combining the two. I like the way you emphasize "You Do You ". We need a lot more of that thinking in our world.
