I will definitely purchase this book. As much as I disagreed with Reagan, I still find his family fascinating. It will be interesting to hear about Patti's mom and dad, as only she can tell it. This book comes out at the perfect time, when America needs to be reminded of what a real Republican's values were.

This conversation was magic because it was honest. As we've grown older, we begin to see our parents in a different light... Parenting is hard, and as we mature and live more, we have to cut them more slack. I remember her very well she wasn't wrong, but everything was really hush, hushed, and then everyone wanted to appear perfectly fine, but we know that families are "messy." But it doesn't mean you don't still love each other. Think of those exiled from families because of different political beliefs now. This is a very timely book from a very thoughtful person. Her parents loom large on the stage of American politics, and her observations are important. I frankly never thought that'd the Reagan days would be thought of as the "good ole days" compared with DJT and Trumpism. Thank you for a very real cool 😎 conversation. I liked her. 👍

Former president Ronald Reagan was a real born-again Christian ✝️ in my opinion. I rarely agreed close to never, agreed, on policy issues, but I never doubted his faith. At least he didn't fake being of the faith. And former First Lady Nancy Reagan really loved 😍 her husband and supported him. Beautiful! Congratulations on her book, and I hope it does well, Reagan was always a challenge, and that's for sure. 😊
