I got I all the time in the world . But I choose to do full body workouts. Idk why, I just like to go to the gym for long sessions. I do feel that I need to rest a lot tho. Should I switch to a split workout or is going 3/5 times full body to much. I’m open for any advice. ( I’m on a bulk if that helps btw)

STANDARDIZED TECHNIQUE. That is the key, and the counterpoint to the idea that chasing bigger numbers will betray you.
Bigger numbers can only mean gains, as long as you have standardized technique.

"Pick a few key moment" is such an underrated theory.. You'll often see newcomers in race to perform all the sets on all mechines in the jym.. But this leads to overtraining
