being a Muslim (meaning submitting to the Will of GOD), this is automatic for us as we pray at least 5 days a time and multiple prostrations are part of each prayer. In prostration, our heart remains above the head by GOD’s grace. Thanks again for another good video Doc.

Last year I watched Dr.Mandell and I had a terrible "turkey neck" he showed an exercise that was suppose to "help it" and tighten it up. So one day I started doing it and it only take few mins. But after about a month, OMGOSH...YES there was definitely a decrease, now over a year...you can really see a difference!! I am so glad I started doing this easy exercise for my neck!

Great video I practice yoga 4-5 days a week for the past 10+ years and do all these poses. I am 63 and individuals think I am much younger

Having done horrible things in the past, and living with that guilt can age a person rapidly. I have noticed personally, people over the age of 50 who are genuinely good hearted tend to look the most attractive compared to others of the same age group who aren't good people. Your character can play a big role in how you age.

Great Yoga Exercises!

Dr. Mandell, the 8th exercise after Downward Dog shown on your examples, where the Legs are over the head while lying down, if you have Neck issues, I would not do this one (from my experience, it can hurt Neck, I had hurt mine one time).

But the ones you showed are the best for beginners. Downward Dog can work 68 Meridian points-read this.

I always enjoyed doing some of these pose but never know it's real benefits. I just feel relaxed and energetic on the head part. Now I know I will continue do it daily.
