Just a small thing, when talking about area, be careful not to confuse 10, 000 meters squared, which is an area 10, 000 x 10, 000 meters. And 10, 000 square meters, which as you pointed out, is only 100 x 100 meters.

In other words the first one is a length x a length, while the other is a certain number of area units. Just though I would let you know.
