I have been making the egg white oats you shared lately and it’s insanely good! So, so filling, keeps me satiated and full until dinner almost (I usually eat egg white oats around 11-12). Love all your videos, especially the ones that contain food you’re making or eating. My husband is a primary physician and hopes to teach at a med school or even a residency sometime, but he loved A&P in med school!
