Moon Knight was always going to continue in the MCU even beyond his solo series. Just cuz Oscar is just under contract for that, doesn’t mean he won’t be back lol. And he most definitely will. Pretty clearly establishing the Midnight Sons, and it’d be criminal to not include him lol

I was curious about who she is supposed to be after the last episode and they are clearly setting her up to be a female red scarab (it's more about her last name). Yes the character is less known, but that ultimately gives them kore freedom to use her however they want
