I thought this was the upstream oxygen sensor not the fuel? Or are they one in the same?

2012 Honda Civic LX 1.8 replaced both oxygen sensors, air intake hose, PCV valve, engine and cabin filters. Soon to be gas cap. Keep getting a P0420 cat below efficiency. Trying not to replace the cat if I don't have to. 347, 000 miles and car still runs awesome. Emissions suck!!!😅 I've tried spraying throttle body air intake cleaner in my cat. Went 33miles and light returned. Trying an overnight soak fingers are 🤞

I have a 2015 civic I can feel it lost some acceleration power recently. I took it to the mechanics shop and nothing popped up the engine is 53k miles and is fine. Do you think it could be one of the sensors or MAF?

Question I buy my on eBay way more cheap then a Honda dealer, buy I still got the code on the dash check engine downstream goes away but upstream still gives the code any suggestions or help ... thank you !!!
