Every morning I wake up naturally, sips of water, use the bathroom, turn the shower on, while that's warming up I make my bed. Then shower, do my hair and make up, dress then go thru my home and turn on all of the fans, and raise the a/c temp ( I live in the desert) . Then its time for coffee, and my laptop and phone. The night before I planned what I needed to do for the next day. I love smooth jazz, and listen to it very often. My work out is in our heated salt water pool at night. I feel soooo good when I go to bed after. Life was very different when my children were growing up. But now that they are young adults. I can have easy, calm, quiet mornings :) tfs
