🥞 apple cinnamon maple pancake recipe:
💌 for the compote (cook for 20 mins):
1 apple cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
tsp cinnamon
splash of water
💌 for the pancakes:
200g self raising flour
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
tsp cinnamon
250ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons of olive or coconut oil
