it gives you better take off. the 2006 and up Ruckus tops out at 41mph while the earlier models topped at 38. But there are plenty of aftermarket parts to help get yours going a little faster.

hey please answer this i really need help, i did this and was wondering what's your top speed. i have stock contra spring in my gy6 clutch and it seems to stiff since i have a lower top speed then before so i was wondering could you tell me how fast it can go before i start throwing money at contra springs?

Just watched the video. does this change out offer more torque or speed? I am thinking about getting a 50cc Ruckus, heard that the stock version tops at about 45mph.
