the scene with the hydra scientist doesn't mean he showed them that footage. See The Man from Uncle very similar scene when the mad torturer guy talks about the war.

There isn't a single shot that shows that tube monitor showing HD footage at all. Half the "mistakes" in this area just nit picky.
