I had my first interview yesterday, so on Sun. I spent time to watch almost all of Antony's interview Q&A videos and they worked magic! The interviewing panel asked me most of the Qs in Antony's videos: tell us about yourself, your strengths, achievements, your challenges,  etc. Antony's EES, FAB, CAR did the trick. They guided me in answering the Qs satisfactorily. In my opinion, the interview went well. The panel was impressed about my confidence and asked me to keep it up. Thank you Antony for these insightful tutorials.

Excellent advice; I've been approaching this question wrong for years! It really gives a laser focus for this question, and allows you to be proactive and go down a company's list of core values and illustrate how you fit in with those values, instead of focusing on unimportant fluff and stuff, while you're hoping for a question about their values later in the interview, or worse, wondering how to bring it up without sounding like a total suck up.

I am a college student. How the heck do they expect us to work full time, get straight A's in college, be part of clubs, and do research. This is a very unrealistic goals.
