About 2 weeks ago I started searching for a new job, and so far I have had 4 interviews this week, and possibly more to come in the following weeks. My industry is quite broad so all the jobs I applied for are quite different. They said they'll conduct 3 rounds a personal assessment test, psychometric marketing evaluation test and one on one interview with the business manager where they'll evaluate me on the basis of my communication skills and my interpersonal skills .
