Added plain water surfaces with transparency. Not really worthy a preview, but always nice to show some progress. I will revisit the water routines and shaders later on (in particular the underwater part), but it will do for now.

Tools: Visual Studio 2012, Win32, C++, DirectX, ATI Radeon 3600
