This is bizarre, I just got my Pixel 9 Pro XL and am unboxing it with you.

as an electronic technician... I am using macro cameras for determining/reading part codes on ic's and chips that are very hard to see rather than turning-on my specialized microscope in my work table. Very convenient and a must camera feature to be with on terms of our jobs as tech service repairs.

The Pixel 9 Pro really has my attention, maybe the Pro XL. Ultimately, whichever feels best in the hand, and I don't have to worry about dropping it, even with a screen protector and a case.

Those “lucky you” stickers were introduced in Apple Stores during Christmas season 2007. If you wanted to gift the iPhone to someone, you got one of those stickers and put em on the phone. A lot of people with no intention to gift the phones got them too.

I truly believe that new pixel 9 series will get the best design award of smartphone 2024. It has come with almost perfect smartphone factor with smart software features with mind blowing photography capability for the year 2024 . But only long term use can ensure this. I think 3-4 month later it will be deciding choice.

How is it on heat? Pixels have always seemed to get hot pretty quickly compared to other phones ive had in the past. On the other hand, Pixels have always been my favorite phones.
