How To Bar Pullover (BODY MASTERY)

Hey guys and girls here is a new bar pullover tutorial for you all!

The bar pullover is a really fun calisthenics skill that doubles-up as a back and abs exercise. Try incorporating this awesome move into your next calisthenics workout (or even your next gym workout) and you will love the feeling of complete body mastery it gives you!

Oh! As I type this description, I realise I have forgotten to include the bar pullover progressions in this video! Luckily they are pretty basic, so if you are reading this then the bar pull over progressions are simply:

- Pull ups
- Leg raises

Since the bar pullover is essentially a pull up and a leg raise in one movement, it is important to strengthen your pull ups and leg raises in order to unlock this awesome calisthenics exercise.

Don't forget: when you do the bar pullover, remember to think about the three top tips mentioned in the video!

I injured my left shoulder 2 weeks ago while doing negative muscle ups and one arm push-ups, it's not healing. I am currently doing a lot of pull-ups but no pushups as that needs shoulder strength.
Need to get back to my pushups asap, can you please suggest me few tips.

Omg. All I needed was to pull up halfway to give me a "swing" and performed a pullover.
