The deterioration we undergo over a lifetime is amazing. You never know that you've lost strength until you try an exercise like the pullover. They were so easy for me sixty years ago. And, I've been doing some weight training and calisthenics over the past ten years. So I bought myself a high bar to add to my routine. Wow, where did my muscles go? I'm 78 now and I can see that there are muscles that need work that haven't been getting exercised through "normal" exercise routines. Well, accomplishing goals. That's what makes life fun.

This is a great way to transition into the Dip position if you're not strong enough to muscle up.

i used to do gymnastics when i was younger i wish i never stoped! :\

You have to be really strong to be able to do these exercises. The olympic gymnastics are ridiculously strong. I dont know who they do it..

The is humbling, and grates on my discontent and anger. I whack my shins on the bar. I am up to 4 pull ups per set. I will do this before too long.

Almost died doing this as I was falling frontwards. Bar was below my waist ;(

Best tip, just lean your head back when your leg raise is up.You will spin automatically
