The TRUTH About Multiple Injuries In Your Workers Comp Case! Did you know a single workers’ compensation claim can cover multiple injuries from the same incident? If you’ve suffered several injuries, like a wrist fracture and a back injury from one accident, all of them should be included in your claim. I’ll walk you through how these injuries affect your benefits, how to handle medical treatment with different specialists, and the tricks insurance companies use to downplay your injuries. Plus, I’ll explain how a higher impairment could lead to a bigger settlement and what to do if new injuries show up later.

Hello, I had a bad fall in 2020. I injured both my shoulders, my back and left hip. I had an L4-L5 fusion surgery to my left arm. My doctor recommended surgery to my right arm for a torn rotator cuff. My hip doctor tells me he can’t do surgery but I still have pain. I’m afraid to get surgery on my right arm because I am scared. I still have pain issues after two surgeries. My employer is a self insured. I have not been offered any settlement my employer insurance company. Is my employer running the clock?
