With regards to the “two of every kind” brought on the Ark, the choice of these individuals would have been up to God (or at least directed by God). In His wisdom He would have chosen individuals that would have had enough diversity to establish the kind after the flood. Two genetically diverse mates (of the same kind) would throw quite different offspring in successive generations. That’s why I have no problem with the rapid speciation of kinds after the flood.

Clean = Rh positive blood is the bloodline of Adam/Eve (man).
