Good video. It would be helpful to students to tell them that conjugated vaccines are specifically made to allow for T cell activation. T cells (classic alpha beta T cells) only recognize protein and by conjugating protein to the polysaccharide of interest, T cells will be called into play. This leads to the 'linked recognition' of B cells and T cells - the T cells can give B cells help!
