the thing that irks me is the fact that VA lost purely because of the judges personal biases. sue knew this and chose these songs, and that moved the plot forwards, but technically these types of competitions shouldn’t be based on personal experiences, but more on actual talent. and in this case, VA were much more talented and a better act overall than the other schools.
