How about a tutorial on the ins and outs of public transportation in Washington, busses, subway, bicycle, scooter, taxi, Uber, Lyft, etc. Interested in pricing and the how to. For example for scooters, how easy are they available, how do you start one, pricing, limitations, how to terminate the rental.
