Thank you so much for this absolutely insightful and helpful video! To summarize:
1) Keep things in perspective
2) Focus on the Good/Gratitude
3) Share struggles/feelings with others
4) Try to enjoy the journey

My favorite line from this video is "appreciated times of struggle are far more valuable than rushed-through periods of success." I love the challenge of enjoying the process because it's a reminder to live in the present and absorb the human experience.

Thanks for the encouragement. I just turned 26, with no degree, no real savings and still crashing with my parents. I have the desire to go out and work hard, I just don’t know what for. Stuck is the perfect way to describe it.

Well this made me feel a bit better. It always felt like I was a failure and my life was over even though I'm 20 years old. So many of my peers have done so much and I've just been barely hanging on in school and work. Glad to know I'm not alone.

I used to feel stuck by seeing everyone around me doing more, but I’ve told myself to stop comparing and that I’m on my own path. This is great content!

I’m grateful for access to the internet. Even the fact I get to watch this video is something I can be grateful for.

We now have the opportunity to self educate on a level that is honestly mind-boggling.

Im almost able to figure out the idea that the most important thing in life is not about who was the most accomplished/who was the richest but it can be as simple as who enjoyed it the most..

I think life is not a "race" but an "adventure" so for now ill keep exploring life and try to enjoy discovering things along the way, good luck out there fellow travellers :)

Things I've been learning lately: comparison is definitely not a safe place, people have different contexts and stories, and people don't care with our progress as much as we think they do... realizing those things has been giving me the opportunity to live a more balanced and peaceful life in my 20's! So I fully agree with ur tips! Thnks for this video! 🔥

I am grateful for this video! Made me feel so much better, I’m 23 and I’ve been feeling like an absolute failure, even though I have a job during this absolute unpredictable time. Thank you for putting this out. Means a lot❤️

Life is like a video game. You want the highest level and most expensive car the whole time, but as soon as you have played through it completely and archived everything it gets boring. For me a good life means to have the possibility to learn new things and to always have a goal in front of you to archive. 🤙🏼

Great content, keep it up! 😊

I am grateful for people who have supported me, when I didn't even feel worthy of support. Some of these people I know, some I have only conversed with online.

I'm 24 years old and struggling with finding the right path for me. Both my older and younger siblings have pursued college degrees and are carving out lives for themselves. Meanwhile I have some health issues that have held me back, and I'm still living with my parents with not much on the horizon. I don't even have a driver's permit/car yet. It's really discouraging to see people my age or younger who kind of have their futures mapped out, meanwhile I feel stuck and completely lacking direction. I can only hope that I will one day find SOMETHING that will at least be a stepping stone to a career and lifestyle that I can truly enjoy AND hopefully be proud of. I am insanely grateful for the people who have shared their own fears with me, and have told me that it's okay to be apprehensive about the future, while still looking forward to being independent. The people who have reminded me that I don't have to fit the mold in order to find a place where I fit in, have been extremely encouraging.

I feel really lost right now and really behind the people my age.

Thank you Hayden. That's really freeibg and helping seeing things more clearly/getting a better perspective.🤗😊👍

I’m 24 and feeling a bit lost!
I’m appreciative for my first son who was born at 28 weeks and I watched him fight for his life. My Dr. said he may not pull through but they will try everything to keep him alive. He is now 3 and you can’t even tell he was a preemie. My OB said that my next would most likely be born a preemie but he made it to 37 weeks and is a healthy 1 1/2 year old now. My most difficult time was deciding to leave my ex husband 3 years ago. Realizing it was the best year of my life I escaped the abuse after 6 years (I was 16 and he was 26.) After he moved back into his mom’s house it hit me no more abuse and I’m free. It’s been almost 3 years divorced (the best 3 years of my life!) Career wise I feel lost. I relied on dancing and adult content for money, I’m ready to be free from it. I want to feel like I’m more than just a body or empty shell.

I am so grateful for my current volunteer work as a coach for my local college club waterpolo team. I am so grateful for my little orange tabby cat. I am so grateful for roommates who are in the trenches with me as entrepreneurs also in their 20's.

This is beautiful. You are beautiful. Thank you.

And #3 is why I started my podcast Unstuck Yourself with Crystal Simmons because I wanted to be around people who would uplift me as I shared my struggles and others would do the same ❤

Thanks for the insight! It was really sensible unlike those overly positive/motivation cringe videos with dramatic background music.
