Sharing a recent event, just came back from germany, and came back to the US.

Newark airport handled our luggage terribly, they opened it up and they did not close it properly. And once it got to the carousel, it exploded and our stuff fell out.

Thankfully the people waiting helped us gather it together.

But the worst part is that for whatever reason they opened it up, (the bag only had clothes) the way it was closed made the zipper rip off. So the bag was broken, and thus the reason for the lid coming off.

Unbelievable…
