I have liver disease
Some fatty liver but also inflammation of the liver. High fructose fruits are bad, including water melon. My liver doctor said is to limit turmeric.

Mangoes are just irresistible, can we not just take good sunlight, exercise some, skip all other food and just have 2 whole mangoes and then have next meal in 3-4 hrs gap?
