Working solution under:
I also had it appear because I created a second admin account for testing purposes and couldn't get rid of it anymore. Actually the Administrator account always exists and cannot truly be deleted, but "creating" it in the first place activates it, so you want to disable it again. The solution removes it from the list of accounts and also from the login options (which is the main issue people have). Just also delete the folder C:/user/Administrator
