The "Thoughts are Facts" piece makes a lot of sense. This is how I stopped worrying about things so much. Once I came to the realization that when I worried about things that haven't happened yet and that I was making a story board up in my mind of what could happen, that's when I stopped. I was making a story up in my head with the worst possible outcome and It would make me absolutely sick to my stomach. I now wait to see what the outcome is. Good or bad, it was going to happen anyway.

Excellent. Nice summary. I’ve had to learn all this the hard way with lots of help (dbt, cbt etc).

It’s good to normalise all emotions because funnily enough they are normal :) however balance and reset are essential. Thank you for the insight, I’ve spent many years struggling with a roller coaster of emotional high and low’s.
