Mental health is serious. People who talk about it and share their worries with others are so brave and inspiring. Because struggling with it alone can be burdensome. I really admire writers, influencers and singers who express their opinions and sharing their stories via what they do. You are not alone there, share your story yess some will demean you but you ll find people who understand you in the end.

No wonder, that people get mental health issues into this broken, damaged society nowadays. People are always looking for their own advantages, using other people, and being superficial. I hate this kind of society.

What's funny is the people who are the reason why you have mental health issues are the ones who make this matter a taboo. All of the above is the mentality of my father who is very abusive when I was a child. I know he even have mental health issues he's unwilling to address.

I was severely depressed during childhood due to a tough upbringing. It took me years to work through it but I can tell you that I have overcome all my problems and I am so much stronger for it. I do not judge others for most things including mental illness. I believe this subject must be discussed publicly and finally legitimized as a serious condition so that people can get help without shaming or ridicule. I think people who judge others should first look inside before acting.

I have been educated to the fact that I am a dumbass. I'm used to being told all kinds of negative things. I don't believe they're true.

Narcissism can not be treated due to denial, deflection, rewritten stories and more. At age 68, youngest of 9, I witnessed, experienced and had no way as a child, to understand what was different about my siblings. As adults, nothing has changed, and they see me, as living in my own world. I am better off without them.
