You get jobs by knowing people personally in the companies. Most places run on favoritism and letting in a stranger is viewed as a risk

Usually, most high schools have placement programs, yes volunteering is a good to get experience, I started working on odds like janitorial or car washing, most of these jobs don't really any experience or education, but the younger are not interested in these jobs because of the work or the pay. I also have done some construction work, the work was ok, but with most construction jobs are temporary, unless you work in a big cities or know people.

These ladies need to stop smoking whatever they are on. Many of the “jobs” that are out on their boards are outdated/expired as this other wise man said the rest are simply not willing to take a risk on you.
