I would say that Serana does love the Dovahkin but feels like she can't or shouldn't be allowed to because of what she experienced, and because she is a vampire, hence why she rejected the Dovahkin in vanilla Skyrim, not because she doesn't love them, but because she feels like she shouldn't be allowed to.

There's really no reason to think Serana doesn't have feelings for the Dragonborn. She says as much when you talk to her about it. She likes you quite a lot, she's just uncomfortable with a marriage ceremony.
