Aliens Use Black Holes as Quantum Computers?

In a recent study, a team of researchers at Max Planck Institute for Physics proposed that advanced extraterrestrial civilizations may be using black holes as quantum computers.

No matter how advanced a civilization may be, we are all bound by the laws of quantum physics and gravity.

So, if aliens are indeed out there, they could be using the geometry of spacetime around a black hole which behaves like a quantum computer. And, as if that weren't enough, quantum computing is also immune to decryption, making it the perfect tool for secure communication.

Roger Penrose, famously proposed that it is possible to extract limitless energy from a black hole by tapping into its Ergosphere. This is a region just outside the event horizon, where matter falling into the black hole forms a disk that spins at nearly the speed of light and emits massive amounts of radiation.
Several researchers now suggest that this may be the ultimate power source for advanced civilizations.

I've had this thought actually. Would be cool, who knows, perhaps every black hole is a giant quantum computer simulating a seperate universe. Note: I'm not a physicist just an enthusiast who enjoys researching and pondering the universe and (quantum) physics.

Time travel into the future relative to event horizon would be an ancillary benefit; because time would quite nearly stop in comparison to distance away from this event horizon. Using orbital dynamics to create enormous escape velocity would be beneficial as well.

It seems surprising that high-gravity environments behave like quantum computers.
1. They could go to their host star, which has reduced gravity, but still have these characteristics you talk about
2. I think it’d be easier to build quantum computer than to send hardware to the black hole, which would make the computer itself messed up because of time dilation, making it super laggy
3. I have no idea how gravity creates a quantum computer environment.
