Why Four Loko Disappeared Out Of Nowhere

In just a few short years, Four Loko went from “Dude, what is Four Loko?” to “Dude, you gotta try this Four Loko” to ‘Dude, I need my Four Loko” to finally, “Dude, what happened to Four Loko?” In fact, Four Loko never really technically failed or went out of fashion before it disappeared. So what happened? Why, at the height of Four Loko popularity, did it suddenly vanish?

UCSB 2010, I remember walking into Keg&Bottle and the clerk told us, "we can't sale any more Four Lokos after midnight" my buddies and I gathered over $200 and bought as many as we could, one of our house was tagged as the LOKO house, had a full window of loko cans, some of the best memories I cant remember

Four Lokos will still get you plastered, my stomach can't usually take them but if you can get it down it's going to do damage, still probably the cheapest way to get really drunk really fast, tastes terrible tho

Loko's are still widely available, the flavors are limited but they still sell out at my local 7-11.
