Mam but when we are calculating the mass of an element some of mass is different like sodium mass is 23 and atomic no is 11

Mam you told that when one electron falls on the nucleus of the atom the atom will collapse.
And there will be more number of electrons in the shells of the atom .
And my query is that to collapse the atom it need one electron than what about other electrons Mam.
