I like Monk Fruit best. I use Lakanto too. Sam’s and Costco have the larger bags!
I use Allulose for jams because it does not crystallize after cooling.
I use Sweet Leaf Stevia for tea and egg pudding. I don’t care for the flavored stevia’s. That’s just me. But I think I’ll try the Valencia orange. Sound delightful!
Thanks for this informative video. This is the kind of video that helps the people just starting on Keto to not WASTE MONEY. Big mistake when first starting is buying too many unnecessary products. Your list is spot on!

When I started watching this video I didn't expect the amount of new information about sweeteners! The "allulose makes things soft" blew me away! I've had that happen and didn't know why. These were the SWEETEST TIPS EVER! So thankful for you, Paula.

My favorite sweetener is Bocha Sweet. No aftertaste, works exactly like sugar. It might cost more, but I’m the only who uses it, so it lasts a long time❤

Hello Paula, I started watching your videos around January 1st and was hooked from the beginning! I have had similar experiences with improvement in my health, shortly after starting Keto, about 2 years ago. I lost 55 pounds, discontinued both high blood pressure and acid reflux meds and have no more pain from my arthritis; Praise God! I am also a Christian and I very much appreciate your kind and gentle spirit. His love shines through you. I am also retired and I am currently a reseller on ebay. Good Morning Paula Kish. This is my 2 nd time viewing this particular video. I made your fudge… so good, however I panicked as I saw the carbs and than checked all my sweeteners. Yes Panic! I appreciate your videos so much. I feel so much better… moderation. Currently have lost 30lbs💪 since October. Slow at times, but with your help and resources I am not struggling. Love my food! Paula, this video was extremely helpful! Thank you so much for going over these products with us! Considering that you count all carbs and not net carbs I wouldn’t be concerned at all about the carbs in the sweeteners. Thanks so much for another great video! 💞

Hi Paula. I like these sweeteners too. Our Big Lots store has been having quite a few of these sweeteners at a cheaper price, plus other keto products. I’m going to have to purchase some of the flavored stevia drops. I only have the original. Thanks for the video. God bless your day!

Great video!! I have only been using Pure stevia in my coffee . I wasn’t sure about Monk Fruit, but I will buy some and try it also. I lost30 lbs in 6 mos with I.F. 2MAD. MY dinner did incl a few carbohydrates ( root veggies) I am going grocery shopping shortly to stock up on all Keto foods.

I haven’t got in to these kind of sweeteners and I really would like to try it especially the monk and stevia, but I am wondering if you ever tried testing your blood sugar after eating these sweeteners because I am really watching my blood sugar’s to not get high. Monk fruit is pretty good. I try to find cheaper lol. Thanks Paula Jennifer 🦋😃 I have never counted either doesn't effect me.

I don’t the count the carbs either. I’ve also done lots of research and our bodies don’t break them down and use them.
I actually do use some Sucralose. It is so sweet that I can often add just a drop or two for a really nice sweet taste. Personally, I don’t think a drop or two is going to make any significant adverse health effects even if it isn’t natural. 🤷‍♀️
