As an amateur astronomer, we know, and I'm sure the rest of any science class in Grade 2 knows the rotation and the kind of life it has.
Just to let you know, Venus is now about 10 degrees above the Western horizon and will increase its rotation as the months go by.
I saw her last night . . . . and ya - she is bright and shining just below the New Crescent Moon :)
