its b.s. its a stupid story.... the murder has NOTHING to do with this house. the murders were done in another house in another town, that's where the haunting should be if he murdered he went and slept in this Dahmer was in the military and took classes in San Antonio, does that mean the army station where he studied for his classes mean its haunted? see how that sounds? STUPID! I did go by it a few years back when this place was starting to go viral. A few years back when we were helping in construction updating the high school in Seguin and NEW owners bought it and explained how it was very dirty. At one time it was used as a community center... It was pretty much in bad condition and boarded up and looked like it needed to be torn down when I saw it. The new owners had reported that the homeless people must have broke in and done drugs in an interview. They found drug paraphernalia, heroine needles?. it was a drug house for homeless people. NO ghost....just drug why is this place haunted....everyone says it is but still no door story shes talking about? where is that you hear that whistle? nope, neither did a way to con people for a cheap ghost tour....now they keep on adding to the story....years ago there were no reported whistles or cold spots, now its like a new thing happening all the
