FINALLY! 2025 AUDI Q5 (B10) WORLD PREMIERE - New look, new tech, is it still the best?

And so, the curtains finally fall on the brand new B10 generation Audi Q5.
This is the 3rd generation of Audis most selling SUV ever, and it rides on the new PPC platform and the first SUV to do that.
Highlights of this brand new car is that it for example features, just as the recently revealed A5/S5 the first ever Audi combustion engine to enable partially electric driving thanks to the new MHEV plus technology.
Completely new for Audi in general, is a projection light in the rear spoiler. This gimmick will be further developed later with more options but looks pretty cool already now. The new Q5 has also a fully adjustable rear seat, a brand new interior following Audis latest releases, and all Q5 models now also have fully functional and real exhaust.

They took away my favorite feature, the flat top shifter handle that was such a joy to drive with. Who needs that useless slider button there’s no fun in that.

Ffs I ditched my new S3 quickly for a 3 year old SQ5 because of the crap shifter switch and now this has it 😢😢😢
I’ll be sticking with my older SQ5 now as at least it has proper switch gear and buttons. The golf R went the same route and I got rid of that too. Ffs Audi you were my last hope.

No 3.0 TDI, lazy exterior lines, cheap key, cheap screens, small exhausts, to much plastics everywhere. Everything is fucked up compared to old Q5. I was for sure one of the biggest Audi fans currently owning 3 Audi cars (A6, Q5, Q8) and after all these premiers I will sell them all and buy Mercedes because it is only car brand now that makes great looking and good quality interiors with beautiful exteriors.

What a massive step down. Shittier materials, no hard buttons and bastardize the S badge and slap it on everything.

They continue to present new cars in bland empty rooms in boring exterior colors. Taillights stolen from Mercedes? Ffs. Driver focused central console making an S shape is too much for the eyes. Remember all the beautiful straight line central consoles? Simple and classy. The big screen has terrible curves, it's like a child cut them with scissors. Who let the brand take such a wrong turn? 😔 😔 😔
