Few corrections:
- not prime kaido big mom and whitebeard. The battle on God's valley took place 40 years ago so the pirates grew a lot stronger after that.
- this wasn't Roger's era. Rogers was considered an amateur pirate at the time of the battle. By this time the rocks pirates were already sailing the seas for 6 years so before Rogers even became a pirate.
- xebec didn't have great leadership qualities since his crew hated each other and did not work well together.

Rocks forced his crew to work for him after beating them in Davy Back fights! No one willingly followed the guy. He made them do it through sheer power and their pride as pirates.

Heck, Kaido straight up said that the main problem with the Rocks pirates was that there were to many leaders - meaning that the crew members kept doing their own thing, and butting heads - so, obviously, Rocks wasn't capable of getting everyone to cooperate with each other.

I mean, maybe you haven't noticed, but if Rocks survived God Valley, given how and where each of the crews known members ended up, not one of them tried to help him. And if he didn't survive, it means his crew abandoned him there. Either way, there was, obviously, NO loyalty in that crew.
