You will never here anything harsh or potty mouthed from my end, but some of those bone heads that give you thumbs down need some real good ass kicking - how dare they? Your videos are ALWAYS entertaining, educational and straight to the point without talking us viewers and fans silly. I want to learn more and I can see no need for any kind of criticism about what you say and do. I admire you!

Congratulations on passing 10, 000 subscribers, Jerry. Hello, Ron. I'll be sure to have a look at RSW199. On the subject of saddles, I need to shorten the bridge posts of my mandolin some more as the action is still way too high. I've already knocked about 1/4" off the string height at the bridge by making three different alterations to the bridge and saddle. I'll need to get a bit of leather or felt to put between the tail piece cover and the strings after that to make sure I will have no more buzz at the tail end. I'm not sure where I'll get the bit of leather or felt, or how thick it should be.

Jerry, Thanks for your channel! Watching you gave me the confidence to tackle replacing a broken bridge on a recently purchased Recording King ROS 16. Bought it cheap on eBay because of the broken saddle. I do appreciate you doing thing "your way". Reminds me a little of myself.
Thanks again
