I retro fitted t6 led headlights to my 2004 (t6 facelifted) van cos I wanted them so bad but nearly died of a mental breakdown reading every letter of the vosa mot requirements and getting them to comply! Bloody love them tho; 👍🏼

This kind of modifications are so nice.Wish i could update the bumpers on my 2018 r8 to the 2020 ones, unfortunately they've told me the mounting brackets are different

Great job. Also busy with a T5 upgrade. Could you pleased share the headlight wiring diagram if you have it . I would also like to use the same wiring but correct the pin position. Would greatly appreciate the advice.

Well how ye all have a 05 t5 and was going to do that to mine. Just one question the panel you call the slam panal would that be the front panal that holds the headlights and that the bonnet closes into.

Is the only difference between the t5 and t5.1/t6.1 slam panel the lower light mounts? Because far as understand the t5.1 and t6.1 slam panel are the same

I’m putting a 6.1 front end on my t5 including new bumper and slam panel. Radiator sitting on rubber mounts on new bumper but have a gap of about 20mm to the locating slot on the new slam panel. Any idea what I may have done/not done or lost?
