When a cop issues a citation it is done so under the penalty of perjury. When they can be demonstrated to be lying the need to be prosecuted for perjury and fired from their job as well as barred from working in law enforcement ever again. We cannot allow our police to continue to be corrupt

At the scene of an abandon car on a rural Road, three Pennsylvania State trooper from Greensburg Pennsylvania troop A. Ordered me out of my car as I was attempting to pass them on this road. They didn’t like what I said to them so they gave me a contempt of cop citation, “disorderly conduct and fighting with first responders“. At the hearing I requested I was found not guilty in less than six minutes and they were humiliated in front of quite a large number of people. The magistrate had to remind them there was a first amendment in Pennsylvania and a first amendment to the constitution of the United States. This is something that apparently escape them. Trooper Hood assisted by trooper Mortiner and Mitchell got a tongue lashing and of course humiliated. The charges previously mentioned here never came up because they were a lie. They fight body cameras constantly. Once a liar always a liar and cannot be trusted.

I would say I don’t approve of any searches or seizures. Then I would remain absolutely silent. Nobody seems to understand the need for silence.

The key to this problem is the broken chain of command. That officers Superior officers will not be punished in any way for having a improperly trained poorly supervised officer in the field. Start punishing those in the upper command for the failings of those in their
Command and this problem will soon get solved.
