REV'IT! Airwave 2 Jacket Review

The REV’IT! Airwave 2 Jacket is the new standard in lightweight mesh motorcycle jackets for hot weather riding. As the follow-up to the hugely popular original Airwave, the Airwave 2 Jacket provides riders with the ultimate in moto-specific, airflow-focused riding gear. Changes to the design allow the Airwave 2 to be sleeker, slimmer, and more functional within the REVIT lineup. Additional features include an auto-locking front zipper, Knox light armor at the shoulders and elbows, and ample adjustability throughout.

This is my favorite jacket ever for Texas summer. I was in a parking lot for 8 hours at 100 degrees for the MSF course and barely even broke a sweat in this thing.

Note the Dainese Wave G2 Back Protector fits in this jacket. I purchased a size XL for the Rev'It Airwave 2 jacket. The Wave G2 was from my Dainese size 54 Airframe jacket.

I'm always curious if a company will honestly and openly report flaws in products from their own product line...

Hey, how this compares to the GTR-Air? I can't make up my mind but I can't figure out the difference. The Air looks more sporty I guess

What certification does it pass? 17092 A, AA, or even AAA?

Is this cooler than the Tornado 2? I'm searching for the most summer-oriented jacket... Thanks!

What I want to know is, is there a Dutch BSD scale, and if so, how many beards does maintaining HVB's manly facial locks get?
